Account and Data Deletion
Last updated: July 10, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your Keepory account data.
Delete local data from your device
Keepory stores your bookmark library locally on your device so it can work offline. You can remove local data by deleting the app from your device. If you use cloud sync, deleting the app does not delete synced cloud data.
Request deletion of synced account data
To delete synced Keepory account data, email
stlim0727@gmail.com
with the subject Keepory account deletion request.
Please include:
- The email address you used to sign in, if applicable.
- Any details that help identify the account or device session.
- Whether you want cloud bookmarks deleted, the account deleted, or both.
We may ask for confirmation before deleting data. Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days, unless we need to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
What is deleted
- Synced bookmarks, notes, tags, collections, and related bookmark metadata.
- AI enrichment records linked to deleted bookmarks.
- Account records we can identify and are permitted to delete.
What may remain
- Local data on devices where the app is still installed, until you delete the app or clear its data.
- Backup, security, or diagnostic records retained for a limited period.
- Data already exported by you outside Keepory.
